The 3.3/3.8 models (Imperial, Dynasty, 5th Ave, New Yorker, and select vans) were one of the first all computerized Mopars. The ignition, fuel system, tranny, and almost everything else was either controlled, or associated with the computer system.
It is very helpful when trouble shooting this system to know how this system works. The more a 3.3/3.8 owner knows about this system, the better off he/she would be.
