America; 1959, what a time!

This gorgeous '59 Imperial Crown Southampton is offered in a phenomenal Persian Pink finish with a Black quarter top and Silvercrest stainless-steel roof. This particular color combination was offered to the high-society woman of the day through Vogue magazine and other similar publications starting January 1st, 1959; there was even an order form included! Alongside the automobile itself, certain elite products were included alongside the Imperial. One such product was an exclusive Elizabeth Arden cosmetics travel case. This particular Imperial up for auction comes with an all-original example! These kits are incredibly rare, and it's a real treat to have one included in the sale.

These Crown models from Chrysler were the pinnacle of late-50's custom-built American luxury automobiles! Standard and optional equipment includes: air conditioning (front and rear), power windows, 6-way power seat, power door locks, power steering, power brakes, dual side mirrors, special interior materials, automatic high-beam headlight changer, swivel bucket seats, Electric Touch radio, power antenna, Hi-Way HI-FI record player, faux spare tire trunk lid, wide whitewall tires, push-button automatic transmission, and a 413ci/350hp V8 engine. A staggering amount of amenities for 1959! As well as the exclusive Elizabeth Arden cosmetics travel case, this example also comes with its original owner's manual and an original January 1959 edition of Vogue magazine included with the sale.
