I bought my 1956 Imperial about 10 years ago at a Kruse auction in Ohio.  It was in
good shape and I have restored it to excellent shape.  I took out and rebuilt the motor and transmission and detailed both.  I also repaired all body rust and repainted the body the
original color which is Cloud White over Desert Rose.  I also repaired the suspension and king pin.  It runs like new and it is a real eye
catcher.  I take it often on  summer vacation driving trips and find it to be comfortable and reliable for long
travel.
