The weather for this spring's Anniston Packard and Imperial Gathering was quite possibly the finest it's ever been. The green leaves of spring and blooming wisteria provided the perfect background for a gathering of fine cars and fine folks. |

| The folks at the Lincoln Club MUST have heard about how much fun we have, because several of them showed up this year. It was great to have some new faces join the crowd, and they brought some fine cars for everyone to enjoy. Also in attendance for the first time was a nice 1968 Imperial LeBaron in formal black from North Carolina, as well as a 1964 Imperial LeBaron recently rescued by Frank Rush. | ||

Ever seen a water pump BREAK? This water pump had been on Ed Buitenwert's 1968 Imperial Crown Convertible. Luckily for Ed, he was in his driveway when it "expired." Note the aftermarket impeller, which indicates that the pump had been rebuilt at some point in time. |
