| This fall provided another fine Packard & Imperial Meet in Anniston, AL. Luck was with us, and Hurricane Ivan made a faster exit than had been predicted. The forecasters had all predicted the storm to stall over north Alabama and Tennessee, but fortunately it moved out quickly, and the weather could not have been better! | ||

| There were several new cars at this year's fall meet. Mark Harris drove his 1960 Imperial up from New Orleans. Mark has had this car for about a year and has been getting everything in order. It made the trip in fine style and is a beautiful car indeed. Mark's Crown was joined at Anniston by Richard's 1960 Imperial LeBaron from Atlanta, making for a rare appearance of these two models. Also in attendance for the first time were a very nice 1950 Imperial in formal black from North Carolina, a very fine '56 Cadillac from Birmingham, and a stunning 1955 Lincoln. Jeff Carrothers drove his very fine '65 Chrysler New Yorker to the meet again, and Chris Hawkins came over Sunday with his beautiful '66 Imperial Lebaron. Robert Soule attended with his '64 Imperial Crown convertible, Ed Noble drove his beautiful 1969 Imperial LeBaron, and John Shute arrived from Atlanta in his '69 Chrysler New Yorker. Donald Taccone drove his '56 Packard Patrician and Debbie Brown drove Donald's '56 Imperial from Birmingham. All in all another fantastic Anniston meet! | ||
