Question from Elizabeth(1960):
I need some information on the Kickpanels to a 1960 Custom? I don't know if the panel is right in my car. It is painted in two blue colors. It seems to be the original, but I don't know. Any ideas?

The original kick panel (under the dash, not the door panel bottoms) are simply covered in carpet matching the floor of the car. In a '60 Custom, the carpet is suppose to be nylon loop pile.

That is correct. I have the same combination in my 60 Custom. There should also be a short piece of blue carpet at the bottom.
