Need part number for engine temp sensor 1974 Imperial and where it is located on the engine.

For what it's worth, on the off chance it would also be for the 1974 Imperials, my "1975" dealers parts book shows P/N 2426 458 for the "75" Temp Sensor.

I believe that sensor is beside the thermostat housing. The thermostat housing can be found where the upper rad hose meets the engine.
