-> Return To Peyton Place
A young writer, played by Carol Lynley, goes to New York, where she writes a
"tell-all" book about life back in her hometown of Peyton Place.
Pretty sappy film, but nice shots of her riding back to Peyton Place in her
publisher's 1961 Imperial convertible.

Close-up of
the Imperial's fins; it's strange to see a convertible being driven in
the winter in the movies, and this one sure is dirty! |

After a
dramatic Town Hall meeting regarding Carol's controversial book, it's
back to New York for Jeff Chandler and his 1961 Imperial
convertible. He stops and meets Carol at that same scenic spot
along the road in this, the film's final scene. |
